At Online Builders, we strive to provide high-quality online courses and resources to help you build your online business. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund.

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request." In your email, please include the following information:

  • Your name and email address
  • The name of the course or resource you purchased
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Exceptions

Please note that the following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Any courses or resources purchased more than 10 days ago
  • Any courses or resources that have been accessed in their entirety
  • Any courses or resources that have been partially completed or used
  • Any courses or resources that have been downloaded or shared
  • Any courses or resources that were purchased as part of a bundle or package (unless all courses or resources in the bundle or package are requested for refund)
